Terms & Policy

Please review the following before booking your appointment:

• · To ensure that we stay on schedule, I kindly request to arrive on time and bring one guest if you wish (absolutely no kids), as we want to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere during the Tattoo process.
• · If you have specific ideas or designs in mind, please bring any reference images or sketches to your appointment. Changing your design may result in a quoted price change too.
• · Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a good meal before your appointment to ensure you're feeling your best.
• · No pets are allowed.
• · Please note that I will only tolerate late arrivals up to 15 minutes past the appointment time. if you need to reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance of our set date. Failure to do so or a no-show without any prior communication will forfeit your deposit.
• · Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the session. If you show up intoxicated or under the influence of any substances, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your privilege to get tattoos at Tattoo City.
• · If you wish to use numbing cream ($30 per tube), please arrive 60 minutes early.

Note: The duration of the tattoo is never fixed and it varies depending on the complexity of the design and the client's skin. In some cases, It could take a little extra time to finish the previous tattoo so give us a call before leaving for your appointment.
